Hi I'm Jo Sinnott
I’m a British TV presenter and producer specialising in travel and wellbeing
Travel and wellbeing have been a running theme through my career. I have 5 broadcast series under my belt in these genres courtesy of FOX and Travel Channel Int, and 10 years experience as a studio anchor and travel reporter for SKY. There’s more, but these stand out.
In 2012 I co-founded RoadDog TV and we made over 15 hours of broadcast tele in the travel and wellbeing genre. My biggest challenge during this time was the series ‘Wild Camping’- a road-trip from Ireland to Portugal, with just a tent and some bare essentials strapped to my motorbike. It pushed me out of my comfort zone. And I loved it!
After that came ‘Soul Seeker,’ a deep dive into all things alternative. Myself and a small crew visited 3 continents in search of the ultimate retreat experience. I studied yoga and meditation in an ashram on the Ganges, practiced tai chi & qigong in the hills of Southern China, swam the Solent with a bunch of female wild swimmers. And more.
Inspired by these experiences, and with a growing family, I put my wanderlust to one side, and opened a women’s holistic health and wellness studio The Space In Sunbury Village where I try my best to ‘preach what I practice.’
I try to stay curious and embrace opportunity, and I’m always open to new projects and possibilities. Do get in touch if you’d like to know more.
Jo is incredibly versatile. She can deliver a script faultlessly, but more impressively can write her own material and improvise in any situation. She is great at putting people at ease in front of the camera and bringing out the best in even the most nervous of interviewees.
